Important Deadlines
- September 1 - Final abstract submission: Panelists have up until September 1, 2022, to submit their abstracts
- September 1 - Submission of recorded presentations for our YouTube channel
- September 30 - Release of the recorded presentations on our YouTube channel
- September 30 - Start sending abstracts certificates: September 30 (it may take a few days to finalize sending certificates to all panelists and attendees)
- October 15 - Release of the recorded presentations on our YouTube channel (previously September 30)
- October 30 - Relase of the final version of the Abstract Book (previously September 30)

- June 17: Release of the complete list of selected posters
- June 24: Release of the full list of speakers
- June 24: Submit commented abstracts for poster presentations
- July 1: Submit an abstract for a talk
- July 6: Release of the early version of the book of abstracts
- July 11: Short videos (up to 2 min) introducing poster presentations to be given on July 14
- July 18: Short videos (up to 2 min) introducing poster presentations to be given on July 21
- July 25: Short videos (up to 2 min) introducing poster presentations to be given on July 28
- October 10: Submit a revised version of a talk's abstract
- September 1: Submit recorded presentations for the 2022 SBE meeting's YouTube channel
- September 30: The SBE meeting 2022's organizing committee will send certificates for all attendees and presenters
Calendar Details
Registrations
Regular attendees, poster presenters, and speakers must register for the event from April 1, 2022, until July 1, 2022 (link to come).
Virtual poster presentations
Abstract submission for posters will be open from April 1 until June 10, 2022 (link to come).
The organizing committee will review and respond to each poster submission until June 17, 2022. Authors of accepted posters will have until June 24 to submit their abstracts' revised versions.
Additionally, the authors of accepted posters will have until July 1 to submit a video (up to 2 min and 00 seconds) that the organizing committee will use to advertise their posters at the end of their corresponding symposium. We will provide additional details to these authors on June 17.
The SBE meeting's 2022 abstract book
We will release an early version of the 2022 SBE meeting's book of abstracts (including talks and posters) on July 6, 2022 (link to come).
The final version of our book of abstracts will be released until September 30, 2022 (link to come).
Recorded talks and poster presentations
All speakers and poster presenters are encouraged to be connected with us during their presentations (and, if possible, during all the 2022 SBE meeting). However, anyone may decide to record their talks or presentations and send the videos to the organizing committee until July 5, 2022.
Additional instructions on recording talks and poster presentations will be provided to authors when their talk or presentation is approved.
Regular attendees, poster presenters, and speakers must register for the event from April 1, 2022, until July 1, 2022 (link to come).
Virtual poster presentations
Abstract submission for posters will be open from April 1 until June 10, 2022 (link to come).
